EoT claims: While observing the respective special features, we also evaluate disruptions in construction and assembly processes in foreign countries in order to evaluate and/or prepare extension-of-time claims. In this case the disruption and its consequences must be proven specifically and according to the originator. The basis for this kind of preparation are the sections of contract and scheduling described above.

For this purpose, we propose our own procedure for structuring this auditing process in an understandable manner. In addition, the effects of the claim services on the construction process are determined while taking the sections specified above into account.
